The committee of the TSGARC is elected each year by the clubs members\u00a0at its\u00a0AGM or Annual General Meeting. \u00a0The AGM is normally held during early April and any member is able to stand for election.<\/p>\n
The committee is formed from a quorum who fulfil the core\u00a0roles required plus other members who are co-opted to fulfil additional roles. \u00a0 Those elected to the core roles of the committee fulfil the duties and responsibilities as identified in the Terms of Reference (ToRs) detailed below.<\/p>\n
